Everyone sets big external goals, but I wanted to make sure you set at least one internal goal for yourself.
The long lasting changes in life start from the inside out. On focusing yourself, being a mindful being, you make your light shine brighter!
Here are a few things that can help you focus inward:
Become financially responsible
Learn to say no (to people, and to yourself
More open minded
Be grateful
Be more Proactive
What you focus on becomes stronger. Cheryl lays out a process for focusing:
Step 1: Write a positive affirmation in present tense
Step 2: Keep it in a place you will see it often
Step 3: Think of 3 things you can do to help develop this during this week
If you tackle 1 thing and perfect it, your life will gradually get better and better until you are living your best life yet.
She says by focusing on The Who (that’s you), the what will take care of itself.
