It’s easy to find your self in a place to where you blink and time is gone. The kids i use to change diapers are now leaving home, and before I knew it, they’re adulting.
We have to be able to reclaim the time lost. Know that you don’t get back the time lost, no, that’s in the past. But you can better manage the time you have left to make up for the lost time, and set up a good future for the time you are going to spend.
Mix one part ichigo ichie, one decision to do what you’ve been called to do, and two parts planning: God’s wants and yours.
Stir. Enjoy the time you have.
“Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord’s will is.”
Ephesians 5:15-17 NIV
